We will process your order as soon as possible, usually being shipped the next business day.  We do not ship orders on Saturdays and Sundays.

We offer several shipping methods. 

Flat rate Standard First Class Mail - $2.00 per order ( tracking available)

Priority Mail US orders - $5.00 per order (tracking available)

Priority Mail Canada orders - $12.00 per order (tracking number upon request)

Express Mail - actual shipping costs apply.

Order with large accessories such as garden stands or flag poles will now only be shipped via Fed Ex Ground.  Please select Standard First Class for these orders.  (tracking number upon request)

Refund Policy--We will refund the purchase price of any items returned within 15 business days,  as long as they are in original shape, less shipping and handling fees.   We will issue a credit to your card when we receive your returned merchandise. 

Exchange Policy--If you would like to exchange your flag for another style, we will happily do so, within 15 business days of purchase. We are not responsible for return shipping. Please enclose a note with the new style number you would like.
